1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fidessa platform, including the website https://fidessa.uk and all related services, features and tools (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the platform or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

The Services are provided by Fidessa. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" — the Fidessa web-based trading environment, including AI-driven analytics, signal generation and account management tools.
• "User", "Trader", "You" — any individual who registers an account and uses the Services.
• "AI Assistant" — the automated, algorithmic component of the platform that generates trading signals and strategy recommendations.
• "Account" — the personal trading account created by the User on the platform.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Services you must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Fidessa reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, applicable law or is associated with fraudulent activity.

4. Trading Services and Risks

The platform provides access to trading in cryptocurrencies, foreign exchange and other financial instruments. Trading on margin involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. Before using the Services, you should carefully assess your financial situation, investment objectives and risk tolerance.

The AI models and signals provided by the platform are analytical tools only. They do not constitute financial, investment or legal advice, and they do not guarantee any particular result. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You may lose part or all of your deposited funds.

All trading decisions made through your account are considered your own decisions. Fidessa does not act as an investment advisor and does not accept responsibility for losses incurred as a result of trading.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits may be made by bank card, bank transfer or supported cryptocurrencies, subject to availability in your region. The minimum deposit amount is displayed in your account dashboard and may vary depending on your region and chosen payment method.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, subject to identity verification procedures required by anti-money-laundering regulations. Fidessa may request supporting documents before processing a withdrawal.

Bonus funds, if granted, are subject to separate bonus terms and may be restricted until applicable trading volume conditions are met.

6. Fees and Charges

Account registration is free. The platform may charge trading commissions, spreads, overnight financing or inactivity fees as published in your personal dashboard. Fidessa does not charge hidden fees for withdrawals beyond those explicitly disclosed.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud;
• manipulate market conditions or exploit platform errors;
• use automated systems to scrape, overload or interfere with the platform's infrastructure;
• share, resell or sublicense your account or the Services to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, AI models, design and materials of the platform are the exclusive property of Fidessa or its licensors. Copying, distribution or any commercial use of these materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fidessa and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. The aggregate liability of Fidessa for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted operation.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Fidessa may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, provide false information or engage in prohibited activity. Upon termination, remaining funds (net of applicable fees and pending obligations) will be returned to you using the original payment method where possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to the Terms

Fidessa may amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
